Here is an easy but delicious meatloaf.

1 lb ground beef
1/3 lb ground pork
Seasoned Italian Breadcrumbs
1 egg
1/3 bottle of Raneri’s Gourmet Steak Sauce
Combine the above ingredients until well mixed and form into a log (if doing sliders) or football if meatloaf.  Preheat oven to 350^F and bake on a baking sheet w/rack until internal temperature reaches 155^F.  Take out of oven and let rest 10 minutes.  Slice meatloaf and enjoy.  This is really good on King Hawaiian rolls as sliders.  Optional: Brush more Raneri’s Gourmet Steak sauce on the top of the meatloaf as you would Ketchup.

Raneris Gourmet BBQ SauceUse Raneri’s Gourmet BBQ or Hot Honey BBQ Sauce instead of Pizza Sauce when you make this delicious Pizza. Slather your choice of Raneri’s Gourmet Sauce on your pizza crust just like you would regular sauce. Put pre-cooked chicken, sliced green bell peppers, onion and baby bello mushrooms on your base sauce. Then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake for around 10-15 minutes so all the flavors blend together. Yum! This is best in a wood fired pizza oven!

Raneris BBQ Sauce on RibsI like to keep my recipes simple and let the meat flavors come out. Ribs are no different. I like a dry rub on my ribs, being careful to remove all the silver skin and trim them as needed. I then rub my rub on both sides of the ribs, careful not to neglect the ends and the roll them in Press’n Seal wrap and let them rest overnight in the refrigerator. When ready, I get the grill going low and slow so the temperature stays in the 225^F range for several hours. You can tell when the ribs are getting done as the meat will start to climb up the bone. Sometimes I don’t have the luxury of letting them rest overnight because I want ribs now! Always cook your ribs using indirect heat. Near the last 15 minutes of cooking, I slather a bit of my Raneri’s Gourmet BBQ sauce on both sides to give them an extra kick.

Raneris Steak Sauce for GrillingMy favorite cut of meat for grilling is a ribeye steak. Get a smoking hot grill going while letting the steak start coming to room temperature. I use a Weber grill and have to say I like it best for predictable grilling. From vegetables to Turkeys the Weber grill out ranks the more expensive ones. Do take time to let your steak come to room temperature before you put it on the grill

There is nothing like the sound of a steak hitting the hot grill, getting all excited with the sizzling and flames. I like only salt and pepper on my steak, but have to admit every once in a while a little sauce takes it to the next level. Go ahead; be my guest, you can have this bite.
